The problem
Checking several inboxes meant repeatedly sorting what needed attention from newsletters, transactions and promotional mail.
What I built
The documented workflow produces a consolidated brief, moves selected promotional mail to recoverable Trash, and saves draft replies for review.
What I kept in my hands
The workflow prepares replies but does not send them automatically. Mailbox selection and the rules for handling promotional mail are explicit choices.
The lessons behind it
Getting the workflow working included testing credentials, scheduling and category rules. The full guide records those decisions and the fixes along the way.
